1. After selecting the date choose the destination.
*For down-train select the Saga / Arashiyama to Kameoka, for up-train select Kameoka to Saga / Arashiyama.
2. Enter the number of passengers, up to a total of 8 people.
3. Press "Proceed to reservation" to continue.
1. After selecting the boarding and disembarking stations, select the train you wish to board from the trains displayed.
2. After selecting the train car, a seat map will be displayed, so please select your seat.
*Grayed-out seats can not be selected.
3. Select the number of seats for the number of passengers, press "Next", confirm the selected seat information, then press "Next" to proceed.

Log in through the URL above, open the My Page menu and view the list of reservations.
Press 'View Details' to view your reservation information, then press 'Redeem E-Ticket' to proceed.
After selecting the ticket to be used, present the QR code to the attendant at the ticket gate and board the train in your designated seat.
OTP will be requested when accessing the site from a device or browser different from the one through which you accessed the site for the first time. If OTP is required, please follow the instructions below to set it up.

Same-day tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis at each Sagano Romantic Train station counter.(Except Torokko Hozukyo station)
